SAP WM consultant

About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

Possess in-depth understanding and expertise in SAP WM and S4 HANA.

Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration, and testing.

Provide functional and business process expertise on project teams, typically consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees.

Participate in client sales opportunities, bid and proposal efforts, and design activities including gap analysis. Activities may include:

Configuration of the SAP WM module

Assessment and analysis of client business problems

Administration of engagement activities (e.g., creation of charts/graphs, reports, data entry) to support work products and client deliverables

Develop system designs that align with high-level conceptual design and are traceable to both functional and non-functional requirements.

Ensure that all designs adhere to the architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of solutions.

Gain experience in Application Support, SLA management, CHR delivery processes, and any SAP Project Implementation activities.

Technology Skills:

5 to 8 years of experience on complex projects, including core template design, build, validation, roll-out, and support, in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) with Handling Unit Management (HUM) and SAP MM modules.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP WM.

S4 HANA experience will be an added advantage.

Experience in implementation, enhancements, and rollout for WM projects.

Experience in configuring SAP WM processes to meet business requirements.

Experience in WM Master Data integration via core interfaces.
