SAT Coach

Job Title: SAT Coach (in-person/hybrid)

Position Type: Part-Time / Contract

About the Role

Lettuce Learn is seeking an experienced SAT Instructor to lead an in-person SAT program during this upcoming summer, as well as an increasing volume of online tutoring.

This role is ideal for a tutor who is based in the greater Redmond area and has direct experience in leading in-person SAT courses. The tutor is expected to instruct a group of 7~10 students (grades 9 through 11) for an 8-week summer program. The tutor will report directly to the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for and provide on-site group coaching for SAT prep (Redmond area)
• Effectively identify and cover knowledge gaps.
• Seamlessly balance group coaching and individualized feedback to optimize learning experience for all students involved.
• Track student progress and share detailed session reports during weekly meeting with the Program Director.

Key Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside near Redmond, WA and have an operable means for transportation.
• Undergraduate degree from a nationally selective university in the United States.
• Strong personal SAT score (score report required)
• Criminal background check
