About this position: SATCOM Helpdesk Management Support

Wage/Salary Range: 148k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Must have exceptional customer service skills

• Must have basic Government Computer connectivity troubleshooting

• Must have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of network

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• Education Requirements: High School Diploma of GED Equivalent

• Minimum of four (4) years in IT customer support

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in military environment

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience

• Minimum of two (2) years in management

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
