Saturday and Sunday Barista/Cashier

Camino Alto is an independently owned, top rated neighborhood restaurant offering a full service dinner experience AND a more casual brunch or breakfast and lunch service. We're proud to have built a community of regulars that continues to grow through word of mouth and repeat business. We’re looking for someone who loves to make people feel good and who wants to work at a restaurant that follows its own course to improve the food system.

- Weekend Daytime Barista/Cashier: If you've been making coffee forever and care more about the product than the people who come in to drink it, then stop reading now and save yourself some time. We want someone who effing loves making people's day and also loves to create a beautiful product (but we can teach you that part). We can't teach you how to be a lovely human. Skillset needed - trustworthy, happy (mostly...), wants to learn or knows how to make hella good coffee taste, and look, delicious, flexible, resilient, thoughtful, and cares about where they're working.

Let's do a few things impeccably, and amaze a small audience, who become ambassadors of our brand. Our standards for food quality and service are remarkable because we believe this is a worthwhile endeavor that requires an uncommon skillset and disposition. The sourcing and quality of what we eat, and serve, has the greatest impact on our lives and planet. We want people who actually like to work hard in a balanced framework that gives everyone personal alignment. When a cohort shares and applies this approach, everyone will benefit with better pay, better culture and greater satisfaction.

Candidates must be willing and able to work Saturdays AND Sundays, roughly 8am to 2pm.
