We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed.


The Sales Engineer at BSK HVAC will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and account management within the HVAC industry. They will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Sales Engineer will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives and drive revenue growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with HVAC-specific software/tools.
    • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and regulations.
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
