Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or related technical fields)

1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Strong communication and relationship-management skills

Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to take initiative

Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and customer-oriented approach

Ability to actively drive a vehicle (valid driver’s license required)

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Ability to operate internal CRM/sales tools and ensure accurate, up-to-date record keeping

Ability to prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and pipeline visibility

Capability to perform contract reviews, follow commercial processes and participate in customer negotiations

No restrictions for domestic travel
Responsibilities
-
Manage end-to-end sales processes including opportunity creation, proposal preparation, contract stage and closure

Conduct customer visits, maintain regular communication and ensure high-quality customer engagement

Build effective coordination between pre-sales, technical teams, delivery teams and after-sales support
-
Understand customer needs, prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
-
Support tender processes, documentation and commercial reviews
-
Track ongoing opportunities, update internal CRM tools and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
-
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and progress summaries for management
-
Monitor market trends, competitors and business opportunities to support strategic planning
-
Contribute to customer satisfaction, follow SLAs and ensure service quality throughout the sales cycle

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project handover and customer onboarding
