Position Objectives:
To lead and manage renovation projects across multiple sites, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The Renovation Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to completion—driving performance, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of renovation projects across various locations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
Oversee on-site renovation works, ensuring full compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Manage project resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving emerging issues.
Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and HSE standards through consistent audits and inspections.
Monitor and control project budgets, expenditures, and financial progress reports.
Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and performance summaries to senior management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing process enhancements and best practices within the renovation team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on renovation projects.
Proven ability to lead multi-site renovation initiatives from inception to completion.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
PMP certification is mandatory.
