Material Specialist
❖ Job Description & Responsibilities
- Handling Saudi Aramco Supplied Materials & Contractor Supplied Materials related
to OHPL & CP (Overhead Power Line & Cathodic Protection) for Onshore Maintain
Potential Projects (OMPP) in Eastern Region (GAS, OIL & WATER).
- Identifying and requesting the required materials as per the IFC DWG, REDLINE DWG
& MTO.
- Supervising the inventory transaction processes (Storage, Handling, Safeguarding,
Preservation and Releasing) in line with Saudi Aramco Standards and to ensure
inventory accuracy.
- Working directly with QC department for materials inspection.
- Preparing weekly status/collection report of SA Materials for all projects.
- Processing the required documents to request additional materials (FMR) based on
the approved REDLINE and/or TQ response.
- Processing the required documents to transfer materials (SA- 1895) as per project
requirements.
- Supervising and following up the inventory reconciliation for each project to process
the required documents for return the EXCESS materials to Main Contractor
Warehouses in order to close-out the MRS Packages.
- Updating and verifying Material Reconciliation Sheet (MRS) on weekly basis and
sharing updated records with the concerned departments.
- Preparing and submitting the Final MRS to Main Contractor and follow-up to get SA
MRS Certificate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
o Electrical Engineer (Aramco OHPL/CP projects).
o Electrical Inspector (Aramco OHPL/CP projects).
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
