Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Saudi National Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to gain practical experience in both field and office engineering activities while working on construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.
• Review engineering drawings and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Assist with surveying, measurements, and quantity calculations.
• Monitor site labor, productivity, and work progress.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and site records.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Calculate project quantities and assist in preparing engineering data.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Perform drafting and drawing updates using AutoCAD when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh Graduate (0–2 years of experience).
• Saudi National.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic engineering software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work both on-site and in the office as required.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
