Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Provide product information, order updates, and support with returns or complaints.

Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt, polite, and professional service.

Update customer records and service logs accurately.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
