About the role

Team noon is made up of some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and highly talented team, we’re driving multiple missions forward across the Kingdom.

We are building a Saudi National Talent Pool to support multiple missions and projects across noon’s ecosystem. This is not a single role — successful candidates will be considered for various teams and initiatives based on their background, interests, and business needs.

This opportunity is ideal for young Saudi nationals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce and digital space, work on meaningful projects, and grow rapidly in a high-impact environment.

What you’ll do

• Work on real business projects with measurable impact across noon’s ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning e-commerce, technology, operations, product, and commercial functions
• Support the execution of high-priority initiatives aligned with business goals in Saudi Arabia

• Contribute to building and scaling products, services, and operations that serve millions of customers

What you’ll need

• Saudi national
• Early-career professional or recent graduate (0–5 years of experience)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong curiosity, learning mindset, and willingness to take ownership
• Interest in e-commerce, technology, digital platforms, operations, or commercial roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Graduates from local or international universities are welcome
