Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative - Digital Solutions to spearhead growth in Saudi / Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling digital tools and solutions to oil and gas companies , with the ability to manage high-value accounts and build strong, lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
This role requires a combination of strategic sales expertise, technical understanding of digital solutions, and exceptional relationship management skills . You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, working closely with decision-makers and project teams to deliver impactful solutions that transform business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base across Saudi.
- Drive sales of digital products and solutions, consistently meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads through market research, prospecting, and cold calling.
Business Development & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with executives, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to contract negotiation and closing.
- Act as project manager for key accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
- Present and demonstrate solutions tailored to client needs, showcasing clear business value.
- Provide pre-, during-, and post-implementation support to ensure adoption and success.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to influence solutions based on customer insights.
Market Intelligence & Representation
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and promote solutions.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science.
Experience
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in digital solutions for Oil & Gas , particularly production and artificial lift .
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets in the GCC market .
- Experience selling complex technology solutions (IoT, AI-driven, or cloud-based preferred) to enterprise clients.
Core Skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel across GCC countries.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
- Established network within the Oil & Gas sector.
