Saudi Tourism Development Specialist

Role Summary

Lead the strategic development of tourism infrastructure and digital ecosystems within the Saudi market, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 and international compliance standards.

Purpose

Develop and implement tourism initiatives that enhance Saudi Arabia's position as a global destination, working with government agencies, private sector partners, and international stakeholders to promote cultural heritage, economic growth, and visitor experiences.

Impact

Directly influence the multi billion dollar expansion of the Saudi tourism sector, focusing on high value European visitor acquisition and sustainable site management.

Team Structure

Part of the Global Strategy & Development Division, collaborating with AI Ethics, Sustainability, and Regional Operations teams.

Reports To

Senior Director of MENA Development.

Working Conditions

Travel required: 25%

Standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Sun-Thu) with flexibility for international time zones.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to conduct site inspections in varied outdoor environments (desert, coastal).
• Frequent travel to remote Giga project sites via small aircraft or 4x4 vehicles.
