Job Overview:
The
VIP & Hospitality Operations Senior Specialist
owns the end-to-end VIP product at Al Ahli Club Company from selling premium packages to delivering and renewing the hospitality experience. This role is responsible for the operational excellence of all VIP and hospitality areas, including Sky Boxes, Gold sections, and corporate hospitality. The Specialist sets and enforces quality standards, manages the full F&B experience, oversees accreditation for VIP areas, and works with the VIP & Hospitality Sales Senior Specialist to ensure that the premium offering consistently exceeds expectations and drives strong renewal rates.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate all VIP and hospitality areas including Sky Boxes, Gold sections, and corporate hospitality ensuring premium standards are met or exceeded on every matchday.

Own the full VIP product lifecycle end-to-end: sell, deliver, and renew ensuring commercial targets and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Set, enforce, and continuously elevate quality standards across all VIP sections, with hands-on presence during matchday to resolve issues in real time.

Manage the full F&B experience for VIP and hospitality areas from menu planning and vendor coordination to service execution and quality control.

Oversee accreditation management for all VIP and hospitality areas, ensuring compliance with Club, league, and federation requirements.

Track VIP performance metrics including occupancy, client satisfaction, F&B quality, and renewal rates and report regularly to the Head of Matchday.

Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP offering, introduce new premium products, and improve the hospitality experience based on client feedback and market trends.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.

Professional certifications in hospitality operations, F&B management, or event management are a plus.

4–6 years of experience in hospitality operations, VIP management, or premium event delivery ideally within professional sports, luxury hospitality, or high-end events.

Proven track record of managing and delivering premium experiences for high-net-worth clients and corporate guests.

Hands-on experience with F&B operations, vendor management, and quality assurance in a hospitality environment.

Experience with accreditation systems and VIP area management is highly desirable.
