JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role involves contributing to our company’s activities in the fields of Hair Transplantation, Plastic Surgery, Weight Loss Operations, and Dental Operations; understanding patients’ needs with empathy and guiding them correctly; managing all sales processes by answering questions via email, phone, instant messaging, or video chat; preparing treatment plans together with doctors by providing patients with price quotations for medical tourism packages; organizing consultations and appointments; and delivering service focused on maintaining and increasing patient satisfaction.
