Handle back-office operations to enable the field team to deliver the best service, while partnering with field on reaching business targets and KPIs.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follow-up on repair and maintenance due-plan for vehicles.</li><li>
Conduct weekly visits to locations to ensure guidelines and policies are being cascaded.</li><li>
Prepare Fuel cards, identify quantity needed, and finalize payment settlements for solar and gas.</li><li>
Conduct monthly inventory and report to Area SPVs.</li><li>
Undertake purchase cycle (POs and SAP settlements).</li><li>
Release shipping permit for fuel, tires, and spare-parts.</li><li>
Responsible for delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports on repair and maintenance statuses, fuel consumption, car readiness, POs. Kilometers for each vehicle, car taxes, daily work orders, and weekly spending.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Very good command in both written and spoken of Arabic and English languages.</li><li>
Strong communication skills.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills.</li></ul></div>
