Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – Data & AI to lead complex, high-impact client engagements and deliver data-driven transformation programs. This individual will work closely with senior client stakeholders, manage project teams, and drive business value through innovative application of data engineering, analytics, and AI technologies.
This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical understanding, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and business consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Engagement Leadership

Act as the primary engagement leader for Data & AI projects across multiple clients

Build and maintain trusted executive-level client relationships

Understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions

Lead pre-sales discussions, solution design, scoping and proposal creation
Project Delivery & Execution

Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex Data, Analytics & AI programmes

Manage cross-functional data teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts, architects)

Ensure delivery quality, scope adherence, timelines, and budget

Establish data governance, delivery frameworks, and operational excellence practices
Technical & Strategic Leadership

Develop data modernization, cloud analytics, MLOps and AI adoption strategies

Guide team on data engineering, analytics, AI, ML, and Generative AI best practices

Review architectures, models, pipelines and solutions for quality and scalability

Drive innovation and adoption of emerging AI and GenAI capabilities
People Development

Mentor and coach project managers and technical teams

Lead talent development, workforce planning, and capability building

Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
Business Development

Identify new opportunities within existing accounts

Support organization-wide Data & AI GTM initiatives

Represent the company in thought leadership, events, and client workshops
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline will be preferred

MBA preferred but not mandatory
