Overview:
Perform Water treatment, syrup, on-line testing and finished product SAP virtual activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control tests and record results on treated and untreated water as per MCP.
- Follow up on appropriate syrup mixing, preparation and batching with strict adherence to PI formula cards and beverage documents.

Perform all QC checks to ensure syrup batches compliance to the quality standard.

Perform routine analytical on-line testing in compliance with the predetermined sampling plan to ensure that finished beverage product meets quality standards.
- Monitors and records Brix, CO2, Acidity (TA) and net content as required and make proper adjustment as necessary to ensure product quality within Pepsi specifications

Running proportioning equipment (mixers) and maintaining accurate records

Perform necessary adjustments to product batches and other processes when out of normal operating conditions are experienced.

Test finished product and final package for quality parameters. Analyze and respond to results as needed. Initiate root cause analysis with team members to identify and implement corrective action

Use analytical instrumentation such as Carbo-QC, Densitometer, pH meter, Refractometer, Torque tester, secure seal tester, etc

Logging and tracking of on-line samples testing

Place all products and packages that fall outside quality ranges on hold for further testing or review

Lead lines sanitation and deep cleaning duties as needed and ensures proper sanitation and cleaning of production lines before start up and during production

Ensure micro samples are pulled and plated on all production lines after full sanitation "5 steps CIP"

Meet plant agreed quality targets related to production lines based on CORK monthly G3D results

Verification on manufacturing KPIs

Ensure safe operation in his area of concern.

Ensure producing safe products and applying key food safety attributes in his area of concern.

Assume other duties as assigned by area management

Ensure treated water parameter is complying PepsiCo stander
- Finish Good transfer to virtual warehouse and Pepsico DC’s
- Ensure receiving raw and pack materials as per standard.
Qualifications:
- Bsc. degree in science or agriculture from recognized university.

0 to 2 years experience in quality operations, in field of food industries will be an added value.
