SCAFFOLD SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding activities on site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all scaffolding structures are erected, maintained, and dismantled safely and in compliance with company and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and approved procedures
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and workforce
• Inspect scaffolding materials and structures regularly
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Identify hazards and implement control measures
• Maintain daily reports and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
• Valid scaffolding certification
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification
• Safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage
