Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Scaffolder to join our team. The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures as per project requirements

Inspect scaffolding materials and components before use

Ensure scaffolds are stable, secure, and compliant with safety standards

Modify scaffolding based on site conditions and supervisor instructions

Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Work at heights and in challenging environments

Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other workers on-site

Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scaffolder in construction, oil & gas, or shipyard projects

Knowledge of scaffolding systems (tube & fitting, modular systems, etc.)

Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent)

Understanding of safety regulations and working at height procedures

Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
