Scaffolding Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding teams during erection, modification, and dismantling
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with safety standards and inspection requirements
• Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and project teams
• Maintain records of scaffolding materials and completed work
• Monitor workers and ensure proper use of PPE
• Inspect scaffolding materials and structures regularly
• Prepare daily site reports and manage workforce activities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of GCC scaffolding experience
• Foreman‑level supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of site management
• Ability to read drawings and measurements
• Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills
• Ability to handle site work and meet deadlines
• Valid scaffolding certification (preferred)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
