Scaffolding Operations Manager

Position Title: Lead/Incharge Scaffolding

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager/Incharge Scaffolding professional to oversee and manage scaffolding operations in a high-risk industrial environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project efficiency within the Oil & Gas, construction and industrial sectors .

Qualifications & Experience:

🎯 Graduation / DAE

🎯 Minimum 15 years of scaffolding experience, with at least 5 years in a leading role.

🎯 Strong expertise in Oil & Gas, construction or industrial sectors.

🎯 Good leadership & communication skills.

🎯 Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring safety compliance and meeting

project deadlines.

🔹 Perform scaffolding inspections and uphold high safety standards.

🔹 Train, mentor and supervise the scaffolding team, ensuring compliance.

🔹 Optimize resource management and collaborate with engineers and project managers.

🔹 Ensure scaffolding structures are secure, safe and efficient.
