Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all scaffolding structures are erected, modified, and dismantled safely and efficiently, in full compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffolding crews during erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolds.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and structures to ensure stability and compliance with safety requirements.
• Verify scaffold tags, load limits, and design specifications prior to use.
• Coordinate with site engineers, HSE officers, and project managers to plan scaffolding needs.
• Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with Aramco, SABIC, or other relevant safety standards.
• Train and guide scaffolders on safe work practices and correct installation methods.
• Maintain daily reports and documentation related to scaffolding work progress and inspections.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in construction or industrial projects.
• Experience working on oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with major clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or Ma’aden.
• Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (CITB, Aramco-approved, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Saudi Aramco, and international scaffolding safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.

• Salary: Starting from SAR 3,000

• Overtime (OT): As applicable, based on project needs and Project Manager approval
