Job Summary

The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee scaffolding operations at project sites, ensuring all structures are built, maintained, and dismantled safely according to international standards. The role includes team leadership, safety enforcement, and coordination with site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily scaffolding activities.
• Ensure full compliance with safety and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Verify that scaffold materials and equipment meet site standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and site managers regarding scaffold requirements.
• Report and investigate any incidents or near-misses.
  
  

Requirements

• CISRS Supervisor certification (required).
• Incident investigation / H2S / BOSIET certifications preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of scaffolding experience including supervisory level.
• Strong leadership, safety, and communication skills.
