Job Title: Scaffolding Supervisor

Location: Chhattisgarh, India
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee and manage all scaffolding activities at our project site in Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant erection and dismantling of scaffolds in line with project and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
• Ensure all scaffolds are erected as per design and comply with safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure stability and compliance.
• Monitor scaffolding teams to ensure proper work practices and use of PPE.
• Maintain scaffolding records, permits, and inspection reports.
• Liaise with safety officers and site engineers to meet project timelines.
• Identify and report unsafe practices, conditions, and take corrective actions.
• Provide on-site training and guidance to scaffolders as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in construction, refinery, or industrial projects.
• Certification: Valid SGB or SGS scaffolding supervisor certificate (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards (IS, BS, or OSHA).
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
