Role Overview:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring smooth installation work, manpower coordination, quality standards, and safety compliance at HVAC project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day HVAC installation activities at site.
• Manage manpower, material, and tools effectively.
• Ensure work progress as per project schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain work quality and safety standards.
• Prepare daily site reports and update the project team.
• Check installation of ducts, piping, insulation, grills, diffusers, and equipment.
• Support testing and commissioning activities.
• Report any site issues to Project Engineer/Manager promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical or relevant field.
• 1–4 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
• Knowledge of ducting, piping, and equipment installation.
• Ability to handle manpower at site.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards.

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial & industrial HVAC projects.
• Familiarity with SMACNA standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
