Role Overview
The IT End User Services – Technical Services department is seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage, support, and optimize large-scale SCCM environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience with enterprise-level deployments and global user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007, 2012, and Current Branch
- Manage large SCCM environments supporting up to 200,000 clients and 20,000 servers
- Install and configure CAS, Primary, and Secondary Sites
- Manage collections, packages, programs, and advertisements
- Troubleshoot distribution point issues related to package deployments
- Troubleshoot client-side issues when software installations fail
- Perform monthly patching for enterprise servers (20,000+ servers)
- Execute SCCM migrations:
- SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012
- SCCM 2012 to Current Branch
- Manage System Center Endpoint Protection and Windows Defender
- Perform OS migrations from Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 to Windows 10
- Handle Incident, Request, and Change Management activities
- Support and integrate SCCM with:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- VMware
- Citrix
- SCOM
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune
- Provide technical support to customers across global location
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SCCM administration in large enterprise environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale client and server infrastructures
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working in ITIL-based service management environments
- Strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders and end users
