Pay:
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable remote professional to coordinate scheduling, support administrative operations, and assist in recruitment and hiring processes. This role serves as a central point of communication, ensuring proper staffing coverage while also supporting hiring and onboarding efforts.

Core Working Hours:
Primary coverage is desired during core business hours (approximately 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coverage Management:

  • Manage and maintain accurate staffing schedules in real time
  • Receive and process employee call-offs via phone, email, or messaging systems
  • Coordinate shift coverage by communicating with available staff
  • Notify supervisors and relevant departments of staffing changes
  • Track attendance, absences, and schedule modifications

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain organized records of scheduling changes and attendance
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and general correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and procedures
  • Provide timely and professional communication with employees and leadership

Hiring & Recruitment Support:

  • Post job openings and manage applicant pipelines
  • Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct initial phone screenings as needed
  • Assist with onboarding, including documentation and orientation coordination
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and hiring records

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
  • Experience in scheduling, administrative support, or HR/recruitment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience with HR systems, payroll, or QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools or applicant tracking systems

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position
  • Reliable internet and professional workspace required (Self Provided)
  • Flexible availability during core hours

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The selected individual will operate independently and is responsible for managing their own schedule, tools, and work environment while meeting agreed-upon responsibilities and deliverables
