We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and ensure smooth communication between clients, technicians, and internal departments. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will help us maintain efficient operations and deliver outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for solar installations, inspections, and consultations with clients and technicians
- Manage multiple calendars using scheduling software to optimize technician availability and project timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled activities, cancellations, reschedules, and follow-ups
- Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure operational efficiency
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools to streamline workflow
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual (if applicable) to serve diverse clients effectively
- Office management experience with familiarity in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, or medical/dental receptionist roles is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous for administrative support
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
