We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure seamless service delivery for our clients. This role is essential to daily operations and requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. The Scheduler plays a key role in supporting both caregivers and clients while ensuring quality care is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate caregivers for client visits
  • Manage call-ins, last-minute schedule changes, and coverage needs
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and internal team members
  • Maintain accurate schedules and documentation in the scheduling system
  • Monitor schedules to ensure compliance with company policies and client needs
  • Problem-solve scheduling conflicts and staffing challenges
  • Provide professional and compassionate support to clients and caregivers
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and standard office tools
  • High attention to detail and reliability
  • Previous experience in scheduling, healthcare, or administrative roles is preferred but not required
