Scheduler / Caregiver

Scheduler/Caregiver : Full Time with some weekend and on call requirements.

Innovative Home Services is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Caregiver to support the operations of our private duty program at Freedom Village at Brandywine , a vibrant senior living community. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands-on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations.

• Coordinate Schedules: Manager client scheduling to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Support Operations: Assist with billing and payroll processes to maintain efficient operations.
• Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide hands-on personal care and companion services, making a direct and meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education
  • High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications:
  • Current CPR or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Direct Care Certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Experience:
  • One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Skills
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • o Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs.
