Scheduler/HR Coordinator

Pinnacle Protection Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler / HR Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the central point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors while ensuring seamless workforce scheduling and HR operations across the organization.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining staffing efficiency, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Workforce Management

  • Manage and oversee scheduling for 100+ employees across multiple shifts and locations

  • Ensure proper staffing coverage at all times while balancing operational needs and labor costs

  • Review and approve PTO requests in accordance with company policy

  • Address scheduling conflicts, call-offs, and staffing shortages in real time

  • Communicate schedule updates and changes clearly and promptly to staff

HR Coordination & Employee Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors entering the building

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries

  • Maintain accurate employee records and scheduling systems

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organization

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with leadership

  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions

  • Manage the I-9 process and ensure proper documentation and compliance

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

  • Assist with audits, reporting, and HR documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, or HR coordination

  • Experience managing large, multi-site employee schedules preferred

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in scheduling and HRIS systems

  • Experience with Paycom HRIS and TrackTik is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
