Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

EverReady Services is looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Coordinator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This position plays a key role in supporting our team, communicating with customers, and keeping schedules and records organized. We’re looking for someone who enjoys structured work, takes initiative, and can manage their responsibilities with confidence and consistency.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

8:00 AM is a firm start time, so reliability and punctuality are important for success in this role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

This role includes a variety of administrative and customer-facing tasks throughout the day:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a friendly, professional manner
  • Coordinate scheduling and help organize daily service routes
  • Communicate internally with team members to keep projects moving forward
  • Apply customer payments accurately to invoices
  • Assist with check deposits and basic accounting tasks
  • Maintain organized records, schedules, and office systems
  • Help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently each day

Experience in administration, scheduling, office coordination, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Typing Requirement:
Candidates moving forward in the hiring process will complete a typing assessment.
Minimum typing speed required: 50 words per minute.

Pay & Advancement

Starting pay: $18/hour

Growth path:

  • $19/hour after 1 month
  • $20/hour after 6 months

Additional increases may be available as your role and responsibilities grow with the company.
