Scheduling Coordinator

ARIS at home is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our office team in Hillside, IL. Responsibilities

  • Assist the In Office Team with the coordination, evaluation and planning of home care services.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with office team to complete internal administrative activities, which includes HR compliance.
  • Support recruitment efforts by maintaining a highly skilled talent pipeline by leveraging various recruiting tools.
  • Actively coordinate the office recruiting activities based on the needs of current/potential clients.
  • Maintain schedules for all clients and caregivers. Fill open shifts, coordinate changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to employee and clients.
  • Ensure that field employees deliver services in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and field employees.
  • Experience in customer support or customer service roles that require excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, especially if they enhance communication with diverse clients or team members.
  • Knowledge of clerical functions such as data entry, proofreading, and calendar management is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), is advantageous.
