Scheduling Coordinator - Call Center

We are currently looking for a Scheduling Coordinator/Call Center Representative with excellent customer service skills. It is vital that you display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills. You will spend your day not only scheduling appointments for patients but also assisting with any needs they may have as well as acting as a liaison between the patients and the practice, and helping patients determine their insurance eligibility and benefits. The call center representative gives the first impression of our office so we feel this particular person must be energetic and love to associate and speak with people on a daily basis!
