Scheduling & Customer Experience Coordinator

About the Role

Are you a master of logistics with a passion for helping people? As our Scheduling Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You aren’t just "filling a calendar"—you are the bridge between our customers and our technicians. You will be responsible for managing service routes, solving scheduling puzzles, and ensuring every homeowner feels protected and valued.

What You’ll Do

• Master the Schedule: Build and optimize daily routes for our field technicians to ensure maximum efficiency and timely service.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and text messages. You’ll handle everything from routine inspection bookings to urgent pest concerns.
• Policy Management: Proactively reach out to customers to schedule their annual termite renewals and pest services.
• Logistics Problem-Solving: Pivot and adjust schedules in real-time due to weather changes, technician availability, or emergency service requests.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer data and service history in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced customer service, dispatch, or administrative role. (Previous experience in home services or pest control is a major plus!)
• Communication: A friendly, professional "phone voice" and the ability to explain service benefits clearly and confidently.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things and take pride in an organized, error-free calendar.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using multi-line phones and scheduling software/CRMs (Experience with PestRoutes or FieldRoutes is a bonus).
• Calm Under Pressure: Ability to handle high call volumes while remaining solution-focused and polite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
