Compensation - PKR upto 120,000 per month(Based on experience and performance)

About the Role
PsychPlus is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Scheduling Specialist to support U.S.-based behavioral health providers. This role is responsible for managing inbound patient calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate coordination between patients and clinical teams.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, prior experience handling inbound calls, and a high level of professionalism when interacting with patients in a healthcare setting.

This is a full-time, onsite night-shift role based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Scheduling & Call Handling

• Handle inbound patient calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments according to provider availability
• Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling details clearly to patients
• Answer basic scheduling-related questions and provide appropriate guidance

2. Coordination & Documentation

• Accurately enter and update appointment details in scheduling systems or EHRs
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or changes
• Maintain up-to-date patient information and appointment records

3. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure scheduling workflows follow established SOPs
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
• Escalate urgent or complex issues to supervisors when required

4. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, clinical, and support teams
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient scheduling
• Strong verbal English communication skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi during night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in U.S. healthcare, clinics, or call centers
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems or EHR platforms
• Experience supporting behavioral health or medical practices
