Scheduling/Logistics Manager (must-have Medical Device/Equipment experience)

Skills/Experience:

  • 7+ years experience in scheduling, logistics, or service operations
  • 2+ years experience in leadership for related teams (you will have one direct report in this role)
  • Experience in medical device/equipment industry
  • Background overseeing service contract programs and managing customer renewals
  • Ability to analyze data, create and present KPI reports, and drive operational improvements/ processes
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)



Our client is looking for a Scheduling/ Logistics Manager in the Beverly, MA area. You will oversee the daily operations of the client’s Technical Services coordination team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and outstanding customer service. This role leads the scheduling of Field Service Engineers (FSEs), manages logistics for capital equipment and spare parts, and oversees the service contract program to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal success. The Supervisor ensures that all processes are followed, key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked and reported, and operational excellence is consistently maintained.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily scheduling and logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of Field Service Engineers, equipment shipments, and spare parts fulfillment.
  • Oversee the service contract program, ensuring customer expectations are met, renewals are pursued proactively, and all agreements are accurately tracked and documented.
  • Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling accuracy, turnaround times, contract performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with established scheduling, logistics, and documentation processes across CRM and ERP systems.
  • Review and approve service quotes and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee the creation and processing of sales and service orders, including equipment, service contracts, and spare parts.
  • Track all scheduling, logistics, and contract-related activities to maintain visibility, accountability, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Field Service, Sales, and Operations teams to align priorities and resolve operational challenges.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Support and mentor the Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator(s), providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Assist the Technical Services Manager (Americas) with operational reporting, trend analysis, and strategic projects as required.
