Job Description

1. Academic Coordination & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee curriculum implementation as per the school’s chosen framework.
  • Monitor lesson planning, teaching quality and student progress.
  • Conduct classroom observations and academic reviews.
  • Lead academic audits and ensure consistent improvement
  • ensure up-to-date and accurate information.

2. Staff Management & HR Coordination

  • Supervise all academic and non-academic staff.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and staff allocation.
  • Manage teacher timetables, duty rosters and performance evaluations.
  • Address staff performance concerns and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Promote a professional and positive working culture.

3. Student Affairs & Discipline

  • Maintain a disciplined, safe and supportive environment for students.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, behavioral matters and pastoral support.
  • Coordinate with relevant staff regarding student concerns.
  • Manage student activities, events and co-curricular projects.

4. Parent & Community Engagement

  • Act as the focal person for parent communication and escalated issues.
  • Conduct parent meetings, orientation sessions and school events.
  • Maintain transparent and professional communication with families.
  • Strengthening school-community relationships and promoting school values.

5. Operations, Facilities & Safety Management

  • Oversee day-to-day campus operations, including maintenance, security, transport and housekeeping
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and emergency preparedness drills.
  • Maintain incident logs and implement safety improvements.

6. Finance & Resource Management

  • Coordinate fee administration, reconciliation and monthly reporting with Finance Department.
  • Monitor campus budget utilization and ensure cost-efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory and vendor management.

7. Admissions & Enrolment Management

  • Supervise the admissions process from inquiries to onboarding.
  • Participate in student assessments, interviews and placement decisions.
  • Support marketing initiatives and enrolment drives.
  • Maintain targeted student enrolment numbers and retention rates.

8. Compliance, Reporting & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and education regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain all mandatory academic, operational and administrative records.
