Facilities Maintenance & Operations
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair activities (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
- Ensure utilities (electricity, water, gas, IT infrastructure) operate efficiently.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
Housekeeping
- Oversee landscaping, gardening, and outdoor maintenance of the campus.
- Ensure classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas are clean and hygienic.
- Coordinate janitorial schedules and monitor quality of cleaning.
- Manage waste disposal, pest control, and recycling programs.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all facilities comply with local safety, fire, and building regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate fire drills.
- Maintain emergency systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, exits, lighting).
- Enforce safe working practices for all maintenance and custodial staff.
Budgeting & Resource Management
- Prepare annual maintenance budgets and track expenditures.
- Manage procurement of tools, supplies, and service contracts.
- Negotiate and supervise external vendors and contractors.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and equipment.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
- Conduct staff training on maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Project & Renovation Oversight
- Plan and manage renovation, construction, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure minimal disruption to school operations during projects.
Sustainability & Energy Efficiency
- Implement green initiatives (energy conservation, recycling, water management).
- Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Support environmental sustainability goals of the school.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
