School Coordinator

Islamabad, Pakistan

1. Academic Leadership

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate academic programs to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Supervise lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and student assessments.
  • Promote innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration.
  • Ensure alignment of curriculum with educational standards and school vision.

2. Administrative Management

  • Oversee day-to-day school operations including scheduling, budgeting, and facility management.
  • Maintain school policies, rules, and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure safety and discipline across the school campus.

3. Staff Supervision & Development

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers and staff.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance appraisals.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for faculty.

4. Student Development & Welfare

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student performance, attendance, and well-being.
  • Implement discipline systems fairly and effectively.

5. Stakeholder Relations

  • Communicate regularly with parents, management, and the community.
  • Represent the school at public and professional meetings.
  • Manage admissions and promote the school’s brand.

6. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute long-term school improvement plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (academic results, retention, admissions, etc.).
  • Report regularly to the school management/board.
