- Ensure alignment of curriculum with educational standards and school vision.
2. Administrative Management
- Oversee day-to-day school operations including scheduling, budgeting, and facility management.
- Maintain school policies, rules, and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure safety and discipline across the school campus.
3. Staff Supervision & Development
- Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers and staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance appraisals.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for faculty.
4. Student Development & Welfare
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and well-being.
- Implement discipline systems fairly and effectively.
5. Stakeholder Relations
- Communicate regularly with parents, management, and the community.
- Represent the school at public and professional meetings.
- Manage admissions and promote the school’s brand.
6. Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute long-term school improvement plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (academic results, retention, admissions, etc.).
- Report regularly to the school management/board.
