School Coordinator

Habitat Academy is looking for a dependable, kind and confident School Coordinator to join our English Learning Home.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our schools. You will handle inquiries, support students and parents, and serve as a clear and reliable bridge between teachers, families and school management.

You will also be responsible for the daily operation of the school space. This includes managing the office and its equipment, maintaining electronic devices, overseeing the general upkeep of the facility, opening and closing the school, monitoring supplies, and identifying the needs of both staff and students to ensure the school runs smoothly.

This position requires regular interaction with both adults and children. You should be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with each age group, set healthy boundaries, and confidently deliver messages (even when that means saying no). A calm, self-assured presence, a positive attitude and a welcoming smile are essential for this role.

Teaching experience is a strong asset. We also value individuals who take initiative and offer solutions when identifying or reporting problems.

Habitat Academy operates three schools; Akarbaşı, Batıkent, and Vişnelik, and this is a full-time, on-site position based at one of our schools.

Pay: From 35,000.00TRY per month
