School Counsellor

We are looking for a compassionate and qualified School Counselor to support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of students. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to address the developmental needs of students and help them overcome challenges, ensuring a positive school experience.

School: Kalorex Future School - Ghatlodia

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, social, and academic issues.
• Develop and implement programs to foster a positive school environment, focusing on character building, conflict resolution, and peer relationships.
• Identify students in need of support through observations, teacher referrals, and assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to create strategies to support student development.
• Conduct workshops for parents and teachers on child development, stress management, and behavioral issues.
• Help students develop positive behavior, decision-making, and coping strategies.
• Assist in the transition process for students moving between grades or schools.
• Maintain records of counseling sessions and track student progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Certification in School Counseling preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work empathetically with children and collaborate with educators and families.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
