Patient Counsellor

We are looking for Female patient counsellor for a reputed Ophthalmology center in New Delhi.

• Candidate should have experience in hospital as financial counsellor
• Excellent communication skill.
• Literacy in computer.
• Should have good convincing capability.
• Immediate Joiner will be preferred
• Should relocate before start.
• Only female candidate.
• Should have proven experience as financial counsellor in any reputed hospital.

Roles and responsibillity:

• Providing estimate of surgery to the patient
• Helping in TPA documentation
• Explain packages of surgeries.
• Cordination with doctor and patient for treatment.
• Proactive response of patients queries.

Location : A.K institute of Ophthalmology, Safdurjung enclave.
