About the role

Flourish Schools is a micro school network in the greater Phoenix area built around project-based learning and student ownership. We're looking for someone warm, organized, and genuinely good with people to help families find their way to us.

This is a relationship-driven role. You'll follow up with families after they attend one of our student workshops, answer their questions, and help them feel confident about choosing Flourish for their kid. On workshop days, you'll be on-site providing light support — you're not running the lesson, just making sure things go smoothly.

What you'll do

• Build real relationships with families through follow-up calls after workshops and events
• Keep detailed notes in HubSpot after every conversation so nothing falls through the cracks
• Coordinate next steps for families, including scheduling meetings with our lead teachers
• Be a calm, reliable presence on workshop days

What we're looking for

• Someone who's genuinely good on the phone — this is the heart of the role
• Warm and relatable with both parents and kids
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at following through
• Flexible availability — workshops run on weekdays, calls can be evenings or weekends

Good to know

• 10–20 hours per week, flexible structure
• Maricopa is our most urgent need, with a second opening in Paradise Valley
• This role can grow — we've had people move into assistant teaching and other positions at Flourish over time
