Job Description :
* Administration of IGCSE exams in the school, for both June and January sessions; which includes coordinating with teachers and subject leaders regarding prospective exam candidates, making entries, coordinating with finance department regarding financial aspects and invoicing, preparing timetables and invigilation plans, setting up the exam hall and helping students and parents during results period;
* Handing out IGCSE certificates and handling the certificate replacement process;
* Coordinating with teaching staff regarding coursework, to be sent to Edexcel and also returned after results day;
* Make necessary arrangements for yr11 IGCSE mock examinations, and coordination with head of year 11 with this regards;
* Managing school account with Edexcel (the awarding body for IGCSE exams) and helping members of teaching staff with their accounts;
* Administration of CAT tests in the school, including entries, timetabling, invigilation and generation of reports;
* Checking all Edexcel, Gl-Assessment invoices;
* Administration of admissions assessments requested by other schools for current students;
* Managing school account with Gl-Assessments;
