 Food Service Management Company is seeking a Food Service Director for school food service in the Bradley, NJ area. Full time, Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <strong>
  K-12, National School Lunch Program experience, and ServSafe&reg; certification a plus. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in NJ schools.
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Must be organized and able to work well in a team environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must oversee that all safety and sanitary procedures are being followed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Place food orders, inventories, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee staff, and operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review scheduling needs, and hiring staff.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare end of month paperwork
  </li>
  <li>
   Report to area supervisor on a regular basis.
  </li>
  <li>
   School breakfast and lunch experience required.
