Job Experience Requirements

Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent education, preferably with postgraduate studies.

Experience in educational leadership, including administrative and personnel management roles.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with clarity and strong organizational skills.

Skilled in promoting collaboration among students, parents, and staff.

Visionary yet practical approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of the Public Education Act and related educational regulations.

Familiarity with collective agreements and rules governing teachers and school staff.
