School Head of Inclusion

The Head of Inclusion is responsible for developing, leading and embedding a coherent and effective Inclusion Department at Gulf English School. The role ensures high-quality provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and Able and Talented (A&T) students. In line with British Schools Overseas (BSO) standards, the Head of Inclusion ensures that all students’ ages, aptitudes and needs are taken into account; that no student is disadvantaged or discriminated against; and that all students are enabled to access the curriculum, make strong progress and fulfil their potential within an inclusive, safe and supportive learning environment.
