About the Role

As a full-time School Integration Teacher , you will commit to supporting one neurodivergent child for a full academic year, working one-on-one and accompanying them to their mainstream school daily. Your goal is to help them integrate into the classroom while supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with parents, school teams, and therapists as key stakeholders while upholding CIPPO’s professional values.
  • Support the child’s academic and psychosocial needs based on an individualized inclusion plan shared by the CIPPO support team.
  • Adapt instructional materials and social interactions to meet the child’s unique profile.
  • Provide daily progress updates to parents, ensuring transparent and compassionate communication.


Qualifications

  • Passionate and empathetic with strong communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in educational or psychological settings.
  • Proficient in English (B2–C2 level).
  • Relevant qualifications in psychology or education are a plus.
  • Must reside in Cairo, Egypt .
